It is equally obvious that also the Guaranty Trust Jompany must forthwith proceed to safeguard it interests in this shipment ae mort- Legees; and I thus had no option but to trouble you once more with a cable. This I ventured to address to you this morning, reading:
"Referring my cable third, (am) anxiously awaiting, latest (by) Wednesday noon, authoritative denial (of) statement concerning my Company stop.
Guaranty Trust must otherwise cable (to) transfer documents (of) cargo mentioned from Hongkong (&) Shanghai Bank to American Bank, furthermore Texas will finance new cargo American bank to which I added:

"Understand statement (referred to) nay represent Governor's attitude, if this (18) confirmed, Reisa oaused it (viz: both the atatement and the attitude), as irrefutable evidence, in Texas and my handa, proves according ocunsel's opinion; and Governor would ag- sist, unknowingly, Reiss appropriating business belonging British Company (and) committing flagrant breach of trust and contract."
As to this part of the deplorable consequences of the London firm'y gross breach of trust, and of its agreement with my Company, I understand from a cuble of my partner, Mr. E.J' Carroll, that the state- ment made to the Texas Company by the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation "represents the Governor's own attitude," an infer.ation which, in view of Sir F.H. Kay's and Er, 3ecretary Bonar Law's attitude
